About Jels Catering
The life of our cook, Anjelica, has always revolved around food, and as a result she is an all-rounder in the kitchen. She began work in commercial kitchens at the age of 18, including five years in an Italian restaurant and bistro pub.
After growing her love for commercial cookery, Anjelica founded Jels Catering in 2012. With a Bachelor Degree in Human Nutrition from Flinders University, Anjelica created a menu based on healthy, fresh ingredients.We use products such as Beerenberg, Ferguson Seafood and anything we can possibly get our hands on from the Adelaide Central Markets and Adelaide Farmers Markets.
When she is not catering, you will still find her in the kitchen! Anjelica also works as a recipe developer, producing beautiful recipes and photos for a variety of Australian companies.
